Dry Whole Milk - U.S.
Released on September 10, 2026
Dry whole milk prices moved higher at both ends of the range this week. Spot
prices under $2.00 per pound were noted in week 37 of last year. Demand for dry
whole milk and whole milk powder is stronger. Dryer time is less seasonally
competitive among dairy commodities, but dry whole milk powder production is
not robust. Spot loads are available. Milk volumes are not tipping dry whole
milk towards increased production, while increasing nonfat dry milk markets are
tipping dry whole milk towards higher pricing.
Prices for: U.S., All First Sales, F.O.B., N/A, Edible Dry Whole Milk
Price Range - 26% Butterfat; Dollars per Pound: 2.15 - 2.44
