Compared to the last report, demand for hay all over Oregon is slow.
There is some movement but not as much as normal.
The phones seem to be ringing and there are buyers talking about the 
hay but they aren't making a lot of sales yet.
Prices are unsettled right now.
According to the U.S.
Drought Monitor, there is abnormally dry to severe dry soil conditions 
all over Oregon.
